Fixed as of about 1:52 PM. Noloco's engineering applied a similar index fix to yesterday's and the app is responding normally again. I'll be in touch with each Super Admin about missing/duplicate deals from the past 2 days as soon as the per-customer list is ready. If you have deals that you need immediately, message me directly on the chat and we'll rerun them manually — otherwise please wait for the full list so we don't accidentally create duplicates. Thanks for your patience.

Update at 1:15 PM: Still seeing the issue. We've followed up with Noloco for an ETA — I'll update as soon as I hear back.

Noloco's database fix took effect around 5:50 PM and the app is running normally again. Some deals didn't make it into MCA Pilot, and some may have been created in duplicate. We most likely have the original form data on our end. Tomorrow I'll send each of you a list of what's missing with the option to automatically recreate those deals from the original data. We recommend waiting for tomorrow's list, rather than recreate deals manually on your end. Submitting to funders works normally now — please resubmit any submissions that are queued or didn’t go through. I have a call with Noloco's founder tomorrow morning, and I'll send another update after that.

Quick update: Noloco's founder identified the root cause and is deploying a database index fix tonight. The index will take 1–5 hours to build. They expect normal service to be restored by tomorrow morning, though we won't know for sure until the index completes. I have a call with Noloco's founder tomorrow morning to discuss longer-term options. We're also continuing to build our independent platform in parallel. I'll update overnight if there's significant news, or first thing tomorrow either way.

Our platform vendor has not yet resolved this morning's outage. We've been escalating directly to their team and founder throughout the day with limited response. In parallel, we're building a bypass that will let core workflows — especially deal submissions — operate independently of Noloco. We're moving as fast as we can. I'll send another update by end of day either way.

Backend Server Down - Workflows Not Operational

We are experiencing issues with our back end server. For now, you won't be able to submit deals. We are working on this to get it back as soon as possible and we'll let you know when we have an update.

UPDATE: We have identified the issue. Our database storage was full. We are currently resizing our database to increase disk space. We expect this to be done soon.

Confirmation Buttons Greyed Out

We're encountering an issue where any action button that requires a modal confirmation window is not able to be triggered, because the confirmation button appears grayed out and not clickable.

We are working on this issue urgently and hope to have it fixed soon.
